• Development, organization, coordination and implementation of financial reporting hierarchies, product structures and management reorganizations of product and customer reporting
• Orchestration, coordination and development of global business audit and control measures over management hierarchy reporting structures and data feeds to strengthen financial completeness during the production cycle
• Troubleshoot and evaluate inadequacies in financial reporting to identify weaknesses where they exist and deliver solutions and recommendations to improve and streamline reporting where necessary
