▪ Establish, oversee & enforce audit & control    measures over financial reporting
▪ Implement quality control checks & balances in the financial process to maintain integrity & accuracy

▪ Review various levels of spending to assess financial inconsistencies
▪ Institute efficiencies & innovations where possible to save cost & expand internal control
▪ Provide strategic planning, coordination & guidance over all disbursements & revenue collection targets
▪ Prepare & develop monthly analysis of operating results & tracking mechanisms for all spending against planned & projected forecast targets
▪ Review all proposals for expenditures, & assess proposed solutions to confirm that spending is in line with overall targets & goals

▪ Develop formal written communication & presentation of disbursement & revenue generating standards & guidelines for education & to formulate policy & controls
▪ Orchestrate & circulate project & spending proposals including the definition of plan objectives, identification of methodologies to achieve objectives, formulation of data analysis & control standards, & the outlining of plans to disseminate or implement project goals & strategies
